Architect – BIM‑Driven Design (Belgrade)

About the role

META ARCHITECTS is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its Belgrade studio. The role involves developing architectural concepts, detailed designs and BIM‑based documentation for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and prepare detailed design drawings.
• Create BIM models and documentation, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Support project delivery from concept through construction, including site visits.
• Integrate architectural solutions with other engineering systems to optimise workflow.
• Assist project management tasks and maintain high design and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design.
• Proficiency in BIM‑related tools and ability to integrate with other design and engineering systems.
• Ability to work on‑site in Belgrade and collaborate within a team.
• Clear communication in English; knowledge of Serbian is a plus.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and interest in data‑informed design processes.
