Associate Inside Sales Account Executive

About the role

The Associate Inside Sales Account Executive works closely with the field sales organization to manage and grow NCR Voyix’s EMEA retail customer base. The role involves both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, including upselling, cross‑selling, and ensuring smooth order execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales cycle for existing products sold to existing clients, handling CRM, quotation and order execution.
• Manage customer master data and subscription/contract renewals.
• Plan and conduct Customer Experience Center visits and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Engage directly with customers, channel partners and internal support teams to identify upsell opportunities.
• Support Inside Sales colleagues by providing guidance on potential opportunities and in‑cycle upsell execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Self‑starter with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Goal‑oriented, well‑articulated and proficient in phone/CRM usage.
• Fluency in Serbian and English; French is a plus.
