About the role

Databricks is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join its APM cohort for 2026‑2027. You will work with cross‑functional teams to understand customer challenges, prototype solutions, and ship features on the Databricks platform. The role is based in Belgrade and offers mentorship from experienced product leaders.

Key responsibilities

Deeply understand the customer problem space and define viable solution directions.
Prototype and test early ideas with customers and engineers to validate before building.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to ship features on the Databricks platform.
Own projects end‑to‑end, from design through launch and iteration based on feedback.

Required profile

Will graduate in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or a related engineering field.
Hands‑on experience with SQL and/or Python and familiarity with AI tooling for personal productivity or development projects.
Strong analytical mindset, able to make data‑driven decisions and communicate complex topics clearly.
