Attorney – Civil, Commercial & Labor Law

About the role

MNA is seeking a qualified attorney to join its legal team in Serbia. The successful candidate will provide independent representation for clients in civil, commercial, and labor law matters, handling cases from inception to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients before courts and administrative authorities in civil, commercial, labor, trade, intellectual property, and administrative law matters.
• Manage client communications, ensuring timely updates and clear guidance.
• Handle cases end‑to‑end, from initial analysis to final judgment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver business‑oriented legal solutions.

Required profile

• Law degree from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law.
• Passed the Bar Exam (pravosudni ispit) and admission requirements for the Belgrade Bar Association.
• Minimum C1 level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Two years of traineeship and no more than two years of experience as an independent attorney.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Comfortable using web browsers and standard office software.
