Audit Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead a Serbian audit team serving a Dutch audit firm. You will drive quality, innovation and digitalisation across audit engagements while coaching junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead the audit team and implement an innovative audit process.
• Identify and initiate improvements and automation opportunities in audit procedures.
• Perform audit work according to Dutch audit standards and ensure high‑quality standards.
• Conduct complex audit procedures, document results in an electronic audit file and interpret data analyses for clients.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, reviewing and presenting audit findings.
• Coach senior auditors and assistants, fostering a goal‑oriented, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in audit practice.
• Possession (or near‑completion) of a professional licence such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to think out of the box and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Professional, critical attitude and commitment to a flexible, trusted work environment.
• Eagerness to work for an ambitious Dutch audit firm.
