B2B SaaS Content Writer (Remote)

About the role

Bluedot, an AI‑powered meeting platform used by over 100,000 companies, is seeking an experienced B2B SaaS Content Writer. You will create SEO‑ and GEO‑optimized, research‑driven content that showcases our product and educates our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SEO team to define keyword strategy and content calendars.
• Write long‑form and short‑form pieces, including blog posts, landing pages, YouTube scripts, social media posts, newsletters, and thought‑leadership articles.
• Monitor the AI note‑taker market, track competitor features, and stay updated on product releases.
• Research target audiences, their pain points, language, and decision criteria.
• Transform research into clear, conversion‑focused content that aligns with Bluedot’s brand voice.
• Leverage AI tools for faster research, drafting, and citation management.
• Optimize each piece for search engines and AI citation standards without sacrificing readability.
• Structure content for easy skimming and quotability, and incorporate feedback quickly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of agency or in‑house experience writing and copywriting for B2B SaaS brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in SaaS content creation.
• Ability to work independently, meet weekly targets, and manage time without micromanagement.
• Strong written English and deep understanding of the B2B SaaS market.

Required skills

• SEO and GEO optimization.
• Proficiency with keyword research tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Experience using AI content generation and citation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude).
• Familiarity with LLM citation concepts.
