BIM Modeler – MEP (Novi Sad)

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler specialized in MEP systems to join our Novi Sad office and support the Swiss Building Construction management team. You will develop detailed Revit models of HVAC, plumbing, and automation systems using point‑cloud data and existing as‑built documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and model HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems in Autodesk Revit using laser‑scan (point cloud) data.
• Produce 2D and 3D drawings for all design stages and levels of detail.
• Model and coordinate cooling, heating, BAS/BMS, plumbing, water, gas, and compressed‑air systems within Revit.
• Accurately trace and reconstruct existing MEP systems from point‑cloud scans, ensuring geometry matches as‑built conditions.
• Cross‑reference scan data with drawings, specifications, and O&M documentation to validate routing, sizing, and equipment data.
• Apply modern BIM and 3D workflows to support project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC/MEP design, modeling, or BIM coordination.
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (mechanical, plumbing, piping).
• Experience with Scan2BIM workflows and handling point‑cloud data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
