Branch Manager Air/Sea/Road Freight

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and further develop our international freight forwarding operation in Belgrade. This senior management position combines strong operational knowledge with the ability to lead people, build customer relationships and drive business growth across air, sea and road freight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company's overall business in Serbia, covering air, ocean and road freight sales.
• Define and execute growth strategy with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive business development and build long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
• Lead, motivate and develop the local team.
• Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities and ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal standards.
• Report regularly to regional/European management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in air/sea freight forwarding.
• Track record in business development and team management.
• Strong knowledge of the Serbian transport and logistics market.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, independence and results orientation.
• Category B driving licence.
