Brand Designer

About the role

Solflare is seeking a Brand Designer to shape the visual presence of its crypto wallet across social media and internal communications. The role focuses on creating high‑quality static and lightweight animated assets that convey product updates, company news, campaigns and cultural moments while staying true to the established brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design distinctive static graphics and lightweight animations for Solflare’s social channels.
• Translate product updates, news, campaigns and reactive opportunities into clear, engaging social creative.
• Develop visual concepts for recurring formats and larger social campaigns.
• Adapt designs to the specific size and format requirements of each social platform.
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media team to balance planned content with short‑turnaround requests.
• Maintain high craft standards and brand consistency while producing a steady volume of work.
• Create reusable templates and production systems to streamline the Social Media workflow.
• Design internal communications, employer‑brand materials and recruitment content for the People & Culture team.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media design and brand‑aligned visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently from brief to delivery while meeting tight deadlines.
• Comfort with balancing planned projects and rapid‑response creative requests.
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with Social Media, Marketing, People & Culture and Recruitment teams.
