Business Administrator – Sales & Service Support

About the role

We are looking for a Business Administrator to join the Customer Interaction Center – Sales & Services within ZEISS’s Industrial Metrology Department in Inđija. You will support sales, service and technical teams by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication and ensuring efficient documentation in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders.
• Prepare offers and quotations.
• Provide assistance to customers and suppliers.
• Manage and maintain documentation.
• Organize meetings and coordinate schedules.
• Perform general administrative and organizational tasks.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in social sciences or a technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience with documentation and administrative processes.
• Experience in order processing and knowledge of export/import regulations and related tax implications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Serbian and English.
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel for training.
