Business Development Executive

About the role

PIERRE is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive its next stage of growth across multiple markets. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and turning them into long‑term partnerships for our smart home and building automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, partners, distributors, investors, and other business opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement, including meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Develop and manage a personal pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow‑up and progress tracking.
• Collaborate closely with company leadership to shape market entry strategies and partnership models.
• Travel as needed to attend meetings and explore new market opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
• Proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and close deals.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results.
• Excellent organizational skills and self‑management of a sales pipeline.
• Willingness to travel and a valid Category B driving licence.
• Fluent English for everyday business communication.
