Business Development Representative

About the role

Artifision is looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to identify new clients, initiate contact, and create sales opportunities for its custom software, automation, and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research target companies, locate owners, directors and decision‑makers who could benefit from our solutions.
• Initiate first contact via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial conversations to understand client needs, challenges and business goals.
• Present relevant solutions, evaluate collaboration potential and arrange meetings with the founder and technical team.
• Maintain ongoing communication, follow agreed steps and keep accurate opportunity records in the CRM.
• Focus on actively reaching out to new companies, including prospects with no prior relationship.
• Collaborate with the founder and technical team for solution definition, technical assessment and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales or active acquisition of business clients.
• Willingness to initiate daily contacts and lead sales conversations.
• Clear communication, strong questioning and active listening skills.
• Self‑organized, consistently tracking open opportunities.
• Initiative, persistence and professional handling of rejection.
• Interest in technology, software, automation and AI as business enablers.
• Advantageous: experience selling software, SaaS, IT services, ERP/CRM or consulting solutions.
