Business Development Representative – Outbound Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to lead outbound prospecting into the US market. You will work closely with our Head of Sales to identify target accounts, start conversations with sales leaders, and book qualified meetings. The role focuses on research, thoughtful messaging, and personalised outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research US companies that fit our customer profile.
• Build targeted contact lists across sales leadership roles, ensuring data quality and email deliverability.
• Write and test outreach messaging for different industries and roles, refining it based on performance.
• Run personalised outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and short personalised videos for top‑fit prospects.
• Maintain an active LinkedIn presence through outreach and regular posting.
• Support high‑touch campaigns for priority accounts, including custom call audits and thoughtful gifts.
• Stay updated on new outbound approaches and propose innovative ideas.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience selling into the US market.
• Near‑native written and spoken English.
• Proven track record of booking meetings through cold outreach.
• Experience writing and iterating outreach messaging.
• Hands‑on LinkedIn social selling beyond automated connection requests.
