Business/Administrative Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized and proactive Operations & Business Support Associate to join our international team in Novi Sad. This central execution and coordination role supports day‑to‑day operations across business functions, project support, financial administration, business development and office management. You will work closely with management and team members to ensure information accuracy, follow‑up actions, visible deadlines and smooth operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of client invoices, verify billable items and maintain trackers for incoming client payments and outgoing vendor payments.
• Support project cost tracking, financial reporting and preparation of documentation for external accountants.
• Organize meetings, track follow‑up actions, maintain internal dashboards and reporting tools, and coordinate information across functions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in business operations, project coordination, administration, financial coordination, office management or a similar role.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong sense of ownership, reliability and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills for working with tables, trackers and structured data.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general digital tools.
