Campaign Upsell Associate

About the role

The primary responsibility of this target‑focused role is to engage with new and existing customers to enhance their contracts through upselling and cross‑selling. You will reach out via phone, ticketing and chat to maximise the impact of upgrade campaigns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers to renew contracts, focusing on value increase and revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Make outbound calls during campaigns to generate upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Answer and convert email, call and chat enquiries about upsell renewals within agreed SLA.
• Uphold company procedures and maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of work and continuously look for ways to exceed targets.

Required profile

• Experience communicating with customers over the telephone and working in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Focused, energetic, self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced, constantly changing setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
