Carrier Performance & Governance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Carrier Performance & Governance Manager to own the end‑to‑end carrier governance framework. You will shape how logistics partners are onboarded, monitored, and continuously improved, ensuring they meet defined performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the governance framework for carriers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs such as service levels, delivery performance, transportation costs, claims and carrier scorecards, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, IT, Legal and Quality teams to conduct business reviews and support strategic planning.
• Conduct structured audits, manage CAPA processes and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, procurement or carrier management.
• Proven experience managing carrier performance, logistics vendors or transportation operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPIs, scorecards, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior external partners.
