Clinical Project Manager / Senior Clinical Project Manager

About the role

Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager (or Senior Clinical Project Manager) to lead full‑service oncology clinical trials from Phase I to Phase IV. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of trial objectives worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end oversight of global/regional oncology trials, managing scope, timelines, cost, and quality.
• Lead proposal strategy, costing, bid defence and drive studies through all phases to completion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including data management, safety, clinical operations, medical monitoring and biostatistics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering status updates, performance metrics and escalation handling.
• Prepare and review protocols, informed consents, site contracts and budgets.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in life sciences or related field.
• Proven experience in a full‑service/global Project Management role within a CRO, preferably in oncology.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical trials and maintain strong client relationships.
