Key responsibilities

Study site selection, initiation (SIV) and clinical monitoring, including pre‑study visits to verify site eligibility.
Conduct site initiation visits, provide study training, ensure compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH‑GCP and local regulations.
Track recruitment targets, perform monitoring visits according to SDV plans, and produce timely monitoring reports.
Coordinate delivery of study materials (drug, equipment, CRFs) and assemble site‑specific EC submission dossiers.
Manage drug safety communications, ensure timely SAE reporting and dissemination of safety information.
Finalize site budgets, obtain signed contracts, execute payment schedules and maintain study tools/systems.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacology, Biology or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
Good understanding of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
