Clinical Research Associate – Multi‑Sponsored Model

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate to join its multi‑sponsored clinical trial teams. You will work directly with investigative sites, ensuring studies are conducted according to protocol, regulatory standards, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close‑out visits, maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
• Develop and support subject recruitment plans in collaboration with sites.
• Establish regular communication channels and deliver protocol and study training to assigned sites.
• Assess site practices for quality and integrity, escalating issues when necessary.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment progress, case report form (CRF) completion and resolve data queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑care related field; MD or Pharmacist degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of on‑site monitoring experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Serbian.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently to sites.
• Strong collaborative attitude and solid knowledge of clinical‑research regulatory requirements.
