Clinical Site Management Intern (Belgrade)

About the role

The internship supports IQVIA Serbia’s clinical activities for a six‑month, full‑time period based in Belgrade. You will receive a blend of online and on‑site training focused on Clinical Trial procedures, the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role and Clinical Site Activation (CSA) responsibilities. Mentoring from senior staff and supervised tasks will give you a solid overview of the clinical trial landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Management team in daily clinical trial activities and documentation.
• Perform supervised tasks related to CRA and CSA functions while following internal SOPs.
• Support site activation processes, including collection and verification of essential documents.
• Help monitor site performance, compliance, and reporting metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy or Medicine preferred).
• Fluent in Serbian and English, with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to pursue a career in clinical research and familiar with the pharma industry.
• Available to work full‑time on‑site, Monday to Friday.
• Good organizational abilities and interest in CRO environments.
