About the role
IQVIA Serbia is seeking a full‑time intern for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support clinical activities within the Site Management department. The program provides online and in‑office training, mentoring, and supervised tasks to give a solid overview of Clinical Trial procedures, the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role, and Clinical Site Activation (CSA) responsibilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy or Medicine preferred)
- Fluency in Serbian and English
- Strong communication skills and motivation for a career in clinical trials
- General knowledge of the pharma industry, clinical research and CROs
- Availability to work onsite, full‑time, Monday‑Friday
