Clinical Supply Chain Manager

Step into a role where strategy meets impact. As a Clinical Supply Chain Manager you will shape and drive the end‑to‑end supply strategy for new clinical trials, translating complex study protocols into smart kit designs and robust supply plans to ensure seamless study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret clinical trial protocols and create effective supply chain solutions, including master English label text in line with regulatory frameworks.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts, packaging plans, and initiate packaging campaigns with vendors to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Set up, monitor, and update Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for effective inventory management.
• Design distribution plans, oversee vendor execution, and manage temperature excursion plans and reviews.
• Lead client and vendor meetings, conduct risk assessments, and track budgets to ensure projects run efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or business field (preferred, not essential).
• 3‑5 years experience in clinical trials and clinical supply chain management.
• Strong project‑management abilities and proven stakeholder relationship skills.
• Effective communication, problem‑solving, and ability to work independently.
