Cloud DevOps Engineer (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes)

About the role

Altium Limited is seeking a hands‑on Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate its AWS infrastructure. You will improve deployment pipelines, automate routine tasks and support production workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain AWS environments for production and non‑production workloads.
• Develop and own Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Operate and support Kubernetes (EKS) workloads, including deployments, scaling, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab CI and automate processes with Python, Go, Bash or PowerShell.
• Improve monitoring and alerting for AWS and Kubernetes using Prometheus and New Relic.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and drive post‑incident improvements.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience.
• Strong experience with core AWS services (EC2, EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, Route 53, VPC networking).
• Proficiency in Terraform and solid understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Solid Linux skills; Windows experience is a plus.
