Commercial Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Group Strategic Finance team. In this role you will provide senior management with reliable, timely financial information, robust analysis and data insights on revenue, channel and category performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc overviews for top management, delivering business insights on category, brand, channel and customer by geography.
• Perform financial analytics using data tools for routine follow‑ups and specific initiatives.
• Conduct interviews with country teams to deep‑dive into topics as required.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, target setting and scenario analysis for the Group.
• Provide the Group Commercial Function with financial information and analysis for decision‑making.
• Participate in the development, deployment and adoption of tools, systems and reports.
• Develop, maintain and use financial models, templates and operational measures to analyse NSR, pricing, discounts, customers, channels and categories.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in commercial finance analysis.
• Strong experience reviewing P&L statements and understanding key drivers.
• Proven ability to calculate variance analysis to assess volume, mix and pricing effects.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and present clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (complex models, large datasets, keyboard shortcuts, advanced formulas, pivot tables, calculated fields, GETPIVOTDATA).
• Proficient PowerPoint for senior‑management presentations.
