About the role
The Construction Technician will support the planning, organization, and coordination of activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily work on construction sites.
- Ensure implementation of laws, regulations, and occupational safety measures.
- Prepare and manage technical‑financial documentation throughout the building process.
- Monitor and control the performance results of construction sites.
Required profile
- Technical education with a focus on construction.
- Preferably prior experience in a similar construction‑technical role.
- Good computer proficiency, especially with MS Office.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
