Content Manager & Content Quality Lead

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Content Manager & Content Quality Lead to elevate the quality, efficiency, and scalability of our content production for client campaigns and our own websites. This remote position blends editorial oversight with workflow automation, multilingual coordination, and AI‑enhanced creation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end content production for client campaigns and company sites.
• Review and quality‑check articles before publication, ensuring tone, structure, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with multilingual writers to improve content quality and meet deadlines.
• Upload, format, and publish articles in CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Assist with guest‑post placements and ensure compliance with client and publisher guidelines.
• Test and implement AI tools to augment content creation while preserving a natural voice.
• Partner with developers to automate content assignment, QA, and publishing workflows.
• Continuously refine processes to reduce manual effort and scale high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Fluent English writing and editing skills.
• Bilingual or trilingual proficiency, preferably in German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
• Experience in content management, SEO‑focused editing, or digital publishing.
• Proven ability to work with freelance and multilingual writers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable working independently and improving existing processes.
