Content Strategist (Serbia)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Strategist to develop and execute content strategies that strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth. The position is based in Serbia and is a full‑time role. Fluent English is required, with Serbian language skills considered a plus. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and measuring content across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital channels.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
• Work with marketing, design, and SEO teams to deliver engaging content.
• Track content performance and use analytics to improve results.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with SEO, social media, and content analytics.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement.
• Fluent English; Serbian language skills are a plus.
