Content Strategist – Short Form & UGC Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an in‑house Content Strategist with a strong instinct for short‑form video and hands‑on experience managing user‑generated content (UGC) campaigns. You will translate brand and performance goals into a repeatable short‑form content system across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch original short‑form video concepts that align with brand, audience, and performance objectives.
• Develop and manage the end‑to‑end short‑form and UGC content strategy and production workflow.
• Write detailed creative briefs, scripts, hooks, talking points, and shot lists.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate with, recruit, and onboard a global network of creators cost‑effectively.
• Match creators to concepts based on style, audience, and performance potential.
• Provide clear direction, coordinate communication, deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
• Review submissions for quality, brand fit, platform suitability, and direct‑response effectiveness.
• Track creative and creator performance, costs, and campaign outcomes, using insights to refine future work.
• Stay up‑to‑date on short‑form formats, UGC trends, best practices, and emerging creator platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in short‑form content strategy, social media production, or creative strategy.
• Portfolio showcasing short‑form concepts, scripts, briefs, or campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience running UGC campaigns and bringing that capability in‑house.
• Strong creative‑writing and idea‑pitching skills for video scripts, hooks, and briefs.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social‑first storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate with, and manage global creators cost‑effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple creators, projects, budgets, and deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.
