Contract Management Assistant (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

The Contract Management Assistant supports Site Start‑Up activities, handling investigator site contracts, ethics and regulatory submissions, and essential documents required for site initiation. The role works within Clinical Operations on a global scale, reporting to the SSU Country Manager and Central Services leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in administration of contract management and essential document processes at project, country and site level.
• Support quality control and translation processes for submissions, contracts and essential documents.
• Help review contracts for completeness and accuracy, ensuring corrections are documented.
• Prepare and generate amended contract or budget documents as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent education/training.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
