Contract Management Assistant (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

Join Syneos Health as a Contract Management Assistant, supporting Site Start‑Up activities across investigator site contracts, ethics and regulatory submissions, and essential documentation for site initiation. You will work in a hybrid/remote setting, collaborating with global Clinical Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in administration of contract management and essential document processes at project, country and site level.
• Support quality control and translation processes for submissions, contracts and essential documents.
• Help review contracts for completeness and accuracy, ensuring corrections are documented.
• Prepare and generate amended contract and budget documents as needed.
• Ensure all relevant documents are submitted to the Trial Master File according to SOPs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
