Contract Manager (Gestor de Contratos)

About the role

The Contract Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth post‑sale contract administration, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for clients and internal departments, providing guidance on contracts and related services.
• Monitor post‑sale contracts, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support renegotiation processes when needed.
• Implement, execute, and track policies, projects, and activities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Consolidate data, documents, and indicators; prepare management reports and presentations.
• Map, analyze, and propose enhancements to administrative and post‑sale processes for greater efficiency, quality, and standardization.
• Support contractual governance, internal/external audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Participate in technical groups, commissions, and committees to drive continuous‑improvement solutions.
• Ensure adherence to organizational norms, including quality, safety, environmental, information‑security, and data‑protection (LGPD) requirements.
• Promote customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty throughout the service journey.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Business Processes, Public Relations, Economics or related fields.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Experience creating reports and presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on processes.
• Commercial orientation with ease in negotiation and client relationship management.
