Contracts Coordinator

About the role

The Contracts Coordinator will ensure that all customer‑facing legal documents are reviewed, compliant, and processed efficiently to support sales and distribution activities. This role acts as a central liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams, safeguarding the company’s interests while facilitating timely deal closures.

Key responsibilities

• Review NDAs, terms and conditions, purchase orders, forms, and tender documents, identifying non‑compliant clauses such as liability, indemnity, and IP, and recommend revisions.
• Negotiate with government entities and general customers, applying standard strategies to high‑risk clauses and escalating deviations when necessary.
• Oversee contract execution workflows, including Docusign routing and coordination with internal signatories, ensuring accuracy before signatures.
• Support channel partner due diligence, onboarding, and contract preparation, coordinating agreements and compliance forms for distributor setup.
• Serve as the central liaison among Sales, Corporate Legal, Finance, and Compliance, monitoring contract status and maintaining organized repositories and case‑tracking systems.
• Assist Sales teams by streamlining customer paperwork, resolving contractual issues pragmatically, and safeguarding company interests throughout the deal closure process.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of contract clauses, including liability, indemnification, and intellectual property, with the ability to recommend compliant revisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Compliance) and manage multiple contract workflows simultaneously.
