Controlling Specialist – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Eagle Hills is seeking a Controlling Specialist to join the Belgrade Waterfront team. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, performance analysis and management reporting to support strategic decisions and improve business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and analyse budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyse business performance, costs and profitability, and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular management reports.
• Analyse variances between planned and actual results.
• Monitor cash flows and support liquidity planning.
• Participate in business plan preparation, investment analyses and financial modelling.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
