Corporate Paralegal – Regulatory & Trade

About the role

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a motivated, analytical, and collaborative corporate paralegal to support regulatory and trade legal matters. The role works within an in‑house legal team handling complex regulatory, international trade, litigation and compliance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the legal team with day‑to‑day legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate matters.
• Provide business‑oriented support for litigation and dispute management, trade‑compliance program administration, and regulatory‑compliance program management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver practical legal and compliance solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, trade‑compliance, corporate compliance, regulatory program management or equivalent legal role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
• Proven capability to manage several projects simultaneously while preserving discretion.
