Creative Producer – User Acquisition Marketing

About the role

TripleTen, an EdTech company delivering tech‑career programs across the US and Latin America, is seeking a Creative Producer to join its User Acquisition Marketing team. You will own the end‑to‑end production, testing, and scaling of performance‑driven marketing creatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of marketing creatives, from brief to delivery.
• Translate acquisition goals into clear creative briefs and testable hypotheses.
• Oversee production of video, static, and user‑generated content for paid channels.
• Analyze creative performance using metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Identify iteration opportunities and scale high‑performing assets.
• Build scalable creative frameworks and variation systems.
• Ensure fast, predictable production timelines aligned with marketing needs.
• Collaborate closely with the UA and content production teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid acquisition channels.
• Hands‑on experience with key metrics: CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS.
• Proven ability to manage creative testing, iteration, and scaling.
• Experience handling production pipelines and multiple creative versions.
• Data‑driven mindset focused on efficiency and results.
• Conversational English for effective communication with international teams.
