Credit Risk Supervisor

About the role

As a Credit Risk Supervisor you will manage day‑to‑day credit risk and financial activities for assigned companies, helping to minimise bad debt and support healthy business growth. Working in the Knowledge Center you will oversee credit risk processes, support sound decision‑making and ensure compliance with financial and risk‑management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the KC Credit Risk Manager and NF/WC teams in achieving Compliance Plan and Risk Management Plan objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of Credit Risk Analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, financial statement analysis, credit evaluations and risk assessments.
• Coordinate credit insurance activities and communicate credit coverage requirements.
• Partner with Branch Managers, Area Controllers and Sales teams to resolve complex credit‑related matters.
• Deliver training and webinars on Order‑to‑Cash processes via the KN Learning Platform.
• Monitor productivity metrics, workload allocation and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing, internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Analyse financial performance, identify risk trends and provide actionable insights to management.
• Maintain local Credit Work Instructions in line with MOP and legal regulations.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Finance and Credit Management, including at least 3 years underwriting in a corporate environment.
• Strong expertise in risk assessment, credit evaluation and financial analysis.
• Experience with corporate insurance underwriting.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership abilities, performance management and team development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
