CRM Campaign Manager

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to drive lifecycle marketing programmes that guide customers from sign‑up through activation and ongoing trading. The role sits within the lifecycle function and works closely with product, data, sales and compliance teams to deliver timely, compliant communications across email, push and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and execute lifecycle campaigns for activation, retention and re‑activation using HubSpot.
• Create customer journeys, segmentation rules, triggers and automated workflows.
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure all communications meet regulatory and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Data team to set up accurate tracking and reporting.
• Monitor performance metrics, run tests and iterate to optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Align messaging and timing with Sales and Lifecycle teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and campaign execution.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in regulated environments and following approval workflows.
• Effective collaborator with cross‑functional teams.
