CRM Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join Novakid School’s fully remote team. The role focuses on turning customer insights into effective multichannel campaigns that boost engagement and support our early-English learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Apply frameworks such as Jobs-To-Be-Done, persona development and empathy mapping to uncover customer pains and needs.
• Develop and execute CRM strategies using the Bloomreach Customer Data Platform to improve interaction and drive business results.
• Design, launch and optimise multichannel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push) tailored to segmented audiences.
• Analyse campaign performance with analytics tools and SQL, refining tactics based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with product, sales, product-marketing and analytics teams to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with overall goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities for a remote environment.
• Proven experience applying customer-insight frameworks to CRM activities.
• High adaptability and willingness to learn new methodologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bloomreach or a comparable CDP for data management and campaign execution.
• Experience designing and coding emails using tools such as Stripo.
• Competence with analytics platforms and SQL for data analysis.
• Copywriting skills are a plus.
