CRM Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to own CXM's customer lifecycle marketing across 12 markets. This hands‑on role will use customer data, segmentation, automation and personalised communications to improve activation, first‑time deposits, retention, reactivation and overall customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and design end‑to‑end CRM journeys across onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, loyalty, VIP, churn prevention and win‑back for 12 markets.
• Build, launch and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns using platforms such as Mailgun, Braze or Klaviyo.
• Create targeted email and push campaigns based on behaviour, segment, market, language and product.
• Maintain and update reusable email templates, content blocks and localisation matrices.
• Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, spam complaints and ensure compliance with consent, data‑retention and local regulations.
• Analyse performance by market, segment and lifecycle stage, run A/B and hold‑out tests and report incremental uplift.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer able to build CRM journeys from the ground up and manage multi‑market campaigns.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to improve activation, retention and revenue.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate localisation, translation and compliance across 12 markets.

Required skills

• Experience with email/SMS automation platforms (Mailgun, Braze, Klaviyo or equivalents).
• SQL knowledge for data extraction and event validation.
• Segmentation, personalization and dynamic content creation.
• Email deliverability monitoring and compliance management.
• A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Multilingual localisation and content QA.
