CRM Sales and Service Functional Consultant

About the role

As a CRM Sales and Service Functional Consultant within Bosch Power Tools, you will support the implementation and ongoing operation of the SAP Sales and Service Cloud solution for global business units.

Key responsibilities

• Complete training on SAP C4C and provide support to product owners, CRM experts and the C4C team.
• Assist end‑users across countries and regions with Sales and Service modules, following the Support Concept.
• Create, maintain and improve SAP C4C training documentation and deliver trainings.
• Participate in testing activities such as user department testing, regression, UAT and integration testing.
• Collaborate with the technical department on requirement implementation, bug fixing and data imports.
• Document business and technical requirements, processes and interfaces, and perform data quality checks.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics) with an IT focus.
• Minimum three years of experience with CRM Sales or Service solutions, preferably SAP C4C, and proven implementation experience.
• Hands‑on experience in support processes and strong presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel.
