Customer Operations Coordinator – Dispatch

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join our Shared Service Centre in Belgrade. You will be at the heart of the customer experience, supporting customers, coordinating installations and service interventions, and ensuring smooth operations across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support to customers via phone, email and digital channels.
• Coordinate installation appointments and service interventions, keeping customers informed at every step.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians, balancing customer needs with operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with field service teams, logistics partners and internal stakeholders across Europe.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems and monitor service readiness.
• Escalate complex issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service, support or contact‑centre environment.
• Motivation to help build and scale operations across Europe.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong organizational attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional European language (Greek, Spanish, French or Italian) is an advantage.
