Customer Service Order Management Specialist

About the role

Join the Global Business Centre in Belgrade as a Customer Service Order Management Specialist, supporting sales teams by handling customer orders, coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring a high level of service throughout the order lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret standard and project order inquiries to maximise business opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer support while meeting defined service levels and performance targets.
• Review and verify quotation offers for commercial and technical accuracy before order placement.
• Approve commercial offers in line with current business guidelines.
• Generate and maintain technical and commercial documentation supporting order processing.
• Manage spare‑parts and Custom Product Request (CPR) orders, coordinating with CPD teams, factories and third‑party suppliers.
• Liaise closely with bid/quote, sales, lighting design and other internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within sales operations or order management.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Mandatory experience with MS Office applications; SAP and Salesforce experience are a plus.
• Educational background in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills and fluency in the local language; additional languages are an advantage.
