Customer Success Manager

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support its global portfolio of social entertainment platforms. You will act as the primary point of contact for international users, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and their experience remains positive.

Key responsibilities

• Consult customers on all inquiries related to the company’s websites.
• Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests.
• Resolve issues with the goal of retaining customers.
• Promote the websites when opportunities arise.
• Maintain a high level of service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages (Japanese, Spanish, Chinese) are a plus.
• Experience working with international customers.
• Fast English typing skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and absorb large volumes of information.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to analyze customer sentiment.
• Adaptability to fluctuating circumstances and difficult situations.
• Problem‑solving mindset with professional solutions for complex cases.
• Stress‑resistant, energetic, and proactive attitude.
