Customer Support & Payment Representative – Junior (Russian & English)

About the role

We are looking for a junior Customer Support & Payment Representative who can provide assistance in both Russian and English. The role is fully remote and involves handling customer inquiries, payment issues, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multilingual customer support and translate communications as needed.
• Research and resolve customer issues using available tools and resources.
• Update client account notes and maintain accurate records.
• Investigate and address transaction discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor customer activity to detect and report potential fraud or misuse.
• Adjust transactions in customer accounts when necessary.
• Produce reports on trends and patterns to identify service improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve recurring issues.
• Process transactions within established standards and SLAs.
• Participate in daily security checks and report high‑risk transactions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience (preferred).
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing processes.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
