Cutover Lead – English & French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑French Cutover Lead to drive seamless CCaaS deployments for our clients. This fully remote contract position runs until November 13, 2026, with possible extension based on project performance. You will own cutover planning, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful go‑live and hyper‑care phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed cutover plans for CCaaS deployments.
• Coordinate cutover activities across multiple environments, teams, and stakeholders.
• Define timelines, milestones, dependencies, and go/no‑go criteria.
• Create and manage duty rosters to guarantee coverage during cutover and hyper‑care.
• Lead cutover calls, communicating progress, risks, issues, and decisions in both English and French.
• Track readiness, ensure prerequisites are met, and drive mitigation actions for identified risks.
• Coordinate issue resolution and escalation during go‑live.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, status updates, action logs, and post‑cutover reports.
• Support post‑cutover validation, stabilization, and lessons‑learned activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CCaaS deployments, cutovers, or technical delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Amazon Connect.
• Professional fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple dependencies and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Experience leading technical coordination calls in a bilingual environment.
