Data Analyst – Business Intelligence

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join MMDSmart’s analytics team. You will help shape data‑driven decisions for our cloud‑based business communications platform serving customers in over 100 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical systems for operational analysis and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners to define and track key performance indicators.
• Work with development teams to identify data sources and analyse data lifecycles.
• Design data storage structures in the data warehouse and define ETL requirements for Data Engineers.
• Create interactive dashboards using Tableau, Looker or SuperSet.
• Present analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a Data or Business Intelligence analyst.
• Understanding of business process analysis and KPI identification.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in Russian and English.

Required skills

• Data‑visualisation tools: Tableau, Looker, SuperSet.
• SQL for data querying.
• Python programming (plus).
• Fundamental knowledge of database concepts.
