Demand Planning MEU Process & System Expert

About the role

This is a secondment/fixed‑term position (until 31/03/2028) covering all MEU markets (excluding Russia). You will own the end‑to‑end demand planning process and the associated systems landscape, including master and transactional data, forecast generation, statistical modelling integration, and downstream supply planning.

Key responsibilities

• Drive improvement of common demand planning business processes across MEU markets.
• Act as the liaison for SAP APO DP, BI and SAC technical teams.
• Harmonise and enhance end‑to‑end system usage (SAP APO, SAS, Camden IBP, BI, SAC) and prepare for transition to o9.
• Identify and prioritize system enhancements, simplify interfaces and batch jobs, and monitor performance.
• Lead improvement projects, coach key users and coordinate monthly IBP volume adjustments.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Strong analytical and business process re‑engineering skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
• Proven project management and change‑management experience.

Required skills

• Excellent IT skills with SAP APO Demand Planning.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (BI, SAC).
• Experience with SAS, Camden IBP and statistical modelling.
• Knowledge of demand planning and IBP processes in the MEU region.
