Deployment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Deployment Specialist to support customer deployment projects from initiation through completion. This fully remote position allows you to work with a US‑based client while collaborating with internal teams and field operations across Serbia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deployment projects from start to finish, leading meetings and gathering information from clients and internal resources.
• Define and document scope of work, aligning tasks and responsibilities with stakeholders.
• Coordinate installations, de‑installations, branding and other deployment activities.
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned projects, providing updates, escalating risks and recommending mitigations.
• Oversee scheduling, task assignment and EPM (or similar) system requirements to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with deployment procedures, timelines and SOW requirements.

Required profile

• University degree, college diploma or equivalent industry experience.
• 1–2 years of experience coordinating installations, inventory control or deployment processes on low‑impact projects.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using an EPM system or similar project‑management tool.
• Understanding of Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts.
