DevOps Engineer

About the role

The DevOps Engineer will join NCR Voyix’s Belgrade team to support software deployments, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive automation across the platform. This shift‑based position includes night‑shift rotation and requires close collaboration with development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Automate deployment pipelines and ensure releases follow schedule.
• Document, review and improve operational processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Analyze system logs, monitor deployments and provide detailed incident reports.
• Generate operational and analytical reports and develop automation to streamline data collection.
• Participate in the night‑shift support rotation, handling out‑of‑hours incidents.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in DevOps or related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Linux operating systems and command‑line tools.
• YAML configuration files.
• Python scripting.
• Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, APIs and cloud storage.
• Git and GitHub version control.
