Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

Alpha Travel & Marketing SEE is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to strengthen its tourism brands, develop digital channels, and boost online sales. You will work in a creative, dynamic environment supporting travel experiences, events, and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and others) and create engaging copy, photography, videos, and Reels.
• Handle community management and follower communication.
• Create, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns; collaborate on Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics.
• Capture photos and videos during events and on‑location shoots.
• Design visual content in Canva and perform basic video editing (e.g., CapCut).
• Support additional digital projects such as webshop administration and email marketing.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing social media for a brand or company.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Fluent in Serbian, Hungarian, and English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
